Happier After Exercise

Our thirteen year old deaf, short-sighted, arthritic, rescue dog Tweezer reaffirmed an important point this weekend. After being dragged ( very reluctantly) on a gentle short walk he was far more mobile and happy by the time he got home. In spite our limitations, gentle, modest, appropriate exercise is so useful in many ways.
